Longer exposure. See the stars? This is the Carlton Centre, by the way, for those of you who've never been to Jo'burg. It's the highest point you can go to publicly. I suspect that the Hillbrow tower or Brixton may be higher, but they're not exactly tourist attractions. This is 50 floors high. Half that of the former Twin Towers, and built in the 70's, around the same time.
